Why I want to Journal/blog ?

Well,  I have always been attracted and fascinated by Autobiographies of Great Personalities and I believe that they must have diligently kept a journal.

I have tried keeping a diary many times but it always was a aborted effort after a few months/weeks/days.

I had to write a log book when I did my Post graduate and then When I started working in a School 2 years ago, I found journaling helps me to keep track of my work.

I have been enthralled by travelogues and  started writing a journal from the stage of planning of our 2014 Istanbul, Turkey trip. Then somehow I don't follow it up. I have almost 5 - 6 travel journal written half way and dropped.

Has something changed now, not really but I thought writing down some of my experiences, travels and day to day grind will be somewhat make an interesting read later on. It also needs a disciplining in me. So here I am.

Brrrrrrrrr......Starting trouble

I don't remember when I created this blog address, now when I checked my account, realize it's been 5 years.

When I had to create the URL my choice was gratefulsoul because I was and am really a grateful person and at that time I reminded myself I have many things to be grateful for if not more. But by mistake I typed Graet and so it remained in my URL😐.

I was trying to remember Why I wanted to start a blog,it was created on Aug 2015, that was the month I discovered the entrepreneur in me,So I wanted to write my experiences in that journey when I was learning a lot and I was also handling a lot at that time in life.

And after that many times I wanted to write about my travels, my new found interests, shift in my career etc etc.

So Why now, Well we are locked down and my younger daughter has a passion for writing and I encouraged her to start blogging which she has been posting with lots of enthusiasm. And so I got motivated and inspired to start my own.
